Using This Template

The template below contains sections which describe the items that should be included when creating a course. To use this template:

  1. Create a new page with the word "Course" in the name. Use a short, descriptive name.
  2. Copy the source for this template into your new page.
  3. Fill in the sections below according to the instructions.
  4. Categorize the page using tags at the bottom of the page.
    • Include [[Category:Course]]
    • Remove [[Category:Template]], since this page is a template, but your new page is not.
    • Add at least one subcategory from the list in, e.g. [[Category:CS1]]

  • should be tied to learning objectives

3. Course Outline

  • major topics, events, milestones
  • learning activities that can be adopted or adapted
