We will be having dinner at the Greek Kitchen,889 10th Ave. We will be having salads family style. The restaurant has requested that you arrive knowing your selection of entree from the list below:

  • Grilled Breast of Chicken - Served with spanakopita and roasted potatoes
  • Sauteed Breast of Chicken - In a caper-white wine sauce, served with roasted potatoes
  • Kritharakia - vegetarian Orzo with olives and fennel in fresh tomato sauce
  • Pastichio - Baked layers of pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, spices, and topped with a thick bechamel sauce
  • Gyro - Thin slices of lamb, cut from the rotisserie, also served with side salad
  • Vegetable Mousaka - vegetarian
  • Pork Souvlaki - Pork kebab, also served with side salad

Desserts (ordered after dinner) - choice of:

  • Baklava - Layers of paper-thin phyllo sheets, with a filling of walnuts and cinnamon; baked and then steeped in a honey syrup
  • Rice Pudding - Creamy, vanilla scented rice pudding with a hint of nutmeg. Topped with cinnamon and raisins
  • Creme Caramel - A rich custard flan with a layer of soft caramel on top
  • Sokolatina - Rich chocolate cake with almond praline, milk chocolate, and thin layers of sponge cake covered with a thick layer of chocolate
