Intro to FOSS Project Anatomy: Sugar Labs Sugar Labs roles: As far as the activity in concerned, our CS students would be ideal contributors to the projects as developers and designers because they have familiarity in some programing languages and tools such as OpenOffice. Besides, this can be a great opportunity for them to learn new skills as well applicable to real-world working environments.

Some roles require contributors to have some technical experience on the other hand; other roles do require the contributors to have great communications skills. Nonetheless, all contributors work to advanced the agenda of the project depending on their strengths.

Bug: The main idea behind submitting a bug is to notify programmers of the bug and to get them to fix the bug. A bug report describes what went wrong as one was using a program.
